Lazy Waters:
Lazy Waters formed in Lawrence, Kansas during the fall of 2016, when old friends and former bandmates Bryan Anderson (bass/vocals) and Tim Brandsted (guitar/vocals) got together to flesh out some songs. Following the initial practice sessions as an acoustic duo, they decided their songs would benefit from some additional creative input and instrumentation. Guitarist Matt Falkenstien and drummer Anthony Birchfield (both formerly of Lawrence stalwarts The Afterhours) signed on, and Lazy Waters became a thing.
